The famous Finnish singer who for a long time has worked together with the Greek Mikis Teodorakis as his Nordic interpretator, gives a recording done in an old church in Assisi, Italy. The songs are all connected to the great European tradition of peace-songs, and St.Francis’ song “Song to the creation” builds a bridge from medieval songs of peace to the contemporary ones.
